Inversion is our ministry with young adults and college students. Our mission is to glorify God by becoming a worshipping community of influence where young men and women are maturing in the faith and being equipped to give their lives away. Our prayer and hope is that Inversion is a place where young men and women find LIFE and satisfaction in the greatness and the glory of God. It is our hope to see a generation mobilized and equipped to positively impact our world to the praise and glory of Jesus Christ.

We believe that when Jesus speaks to our world he both inspires and deeply challenges our perception of reality. Much of what He says causes us to rethink our paradigms of success and significance. He comes and tells us that the first shall be last and to be the greatest is to be a servant of all. In following Him, our world is effectually turned upside down and in the process we are made right side up. We seek to be followers of Christ in such an inversion – where we value what is truly valuable and love and lead as servants.

Our mission and hope is expressed in living out our values of worship, community, growth, service and generosity in five main areas.

	Inversion Service – Philippians 2:1-4, Isaiah 58:6-12, Galatians 2:10 Giving our lives away in good works of Kingdom Service within our local body and in the local community.
	Inversion Global – Psalm 67:4, Matthew 24:14 Taking the good news of Jesus to un-reached and hurting parts of the world. We will pray, go and give through our involvement with both short and long-term missions.
	Inversion Gathering – Psalm 115, John 4:24 Gathering for consistent Biblical teaching, worship and discussion of the intersection of truth and life. A place where young adults from the Nashville metro area can connect to the life of Fellowship.
	Inversion Community – John 13:34, 35 Intersecting with the community group system at Fellowship and forming stage of life groups as the Lord leads; facilitating connection in the Inversion Fellows.

Each of these areas is led by ministry teams of young adults with many opportunities for plugging in and helping out.
