Fellowship Student Ministries (FSM)

(7th through 12th Grade)
Building upon foundations laid through Fellowship Children, Student Ministries is a place for 7th -12th grade students to feel welcomed, embraced, encouraged and equipped.
“Relational, high energy, engaging, interactive and biblically relevant,” would be a few words to describe our ministry with students. In environments where they can have fun and engage with the truth, our aim is to help students make their faith their own. FSM is a safe place to wrestle with hard questions… and a challenging place where a student’s faith is developed, strengthened, and stretched.
Understanding the needs of students, FSM seeks to provide:
- Contexts for healthy relationships to flourish
- Clear Biblical paradigms through which to view their life
- Caring adult role models and mentors who are committed to Life-on-Life ministry (I Thess. 2:8)
Our Mission: We exist to glorify God as a worshiping community of influence where we are maturing in the faith and impacting the world for Christ.
Our Philosophy: Embrace students where they are, Expose them to a relationship with Christ, Encourage them towards maturity in their faith, and Equip them to give their lives away. If that mission sounds familiar, it should! Our desire is to engage our students in the same mission our entire church is committed to… maturing in the faith and being equipped to give our lives away!

Our Ministry with 7th & 8th Grade Students
Sunday AM The Mix: Our ministry to 7th and 8th graders. The Mix meets on Sunday mornings at 10:00AM in The Barn for a time of fellowship, laughter, worship and connection to Mix leaders. In addition, students hear a message from one of our student pastors. This venue is a great opportunity for visitors to get a taste of our middle school ministry and to get plugged into a 242 group. Wednesday PM Every Wednesday night except for the last Wednesday of the month -- see Mix it Up below , students meet in small groups that we call 242 Groups. These groups are gender, grade and geographic specific and meet in various locations according to each group. This is where the students really dive deep into the issues that they are facing at school, at home and in their personal lives.
On the last Wednesday of every month, we basically have a party! These nights are focused around fun and being a non-intimidating place for students to bring their friends. Mix it Up is held on campus as well as off campus in places like Pump it Up or Laser Chase. Most of these nights conclude with a short message from one of our leaders.

Our Ministry with Senior High Students
Sunday AM Worship: Students are encouraged to be a part of the main worship services at 8:30, 10:00, and 11:30AM.
Sunday PM
This is our discipleship ministry. The focus of 242 is to give students and leaders a more intimate place to connect and grow. These groups meet in homes and are gender, grade and geographic specifc.
And they devoted themselves to the apostles teaching, to the breaking of the bread, to fellowship, and to prayer. - Acts 2:42
Wednesday PM The Foundry: our ministry to high school students. The Foundry is our main gathering for high schoolers and meets in the Barn on Wednesday nights. Students experience worship, skits, videos, etc., and hear a message from one of our Student Ministries pastors. After the message, students spend time intersecting the message and their lives in grade specific breakout groups.
Big Wednesday: This ministry is our once a month outreach meeting on the first Wednesday of every month. Big Wednesday gives students the opportunity to invite friends from their respective schools. There is a high regard for making the environment fun, relational, welcoming, and non-threatening.
