To take the gospel of Christ to our community through a combination of direct action, strategic partnerships, and investment of resources for the purpose of providing real and lasting hope in a variety of ways to those in need.

Our Strategy
|
|
|
A Threefold Approach:
- To enhance the scope and effectiveness of select Local Strategic Partners who are located in our communities and are characterized by solid leadership, compatible mission and vision, and a desire and capacity to work with a large church volunteer force in support of their mission.
Our Local Strategic Partners are:
- North Community: Youth Encouragement Services (Y.E.S.)
- South Community: Graceworks Ministries
- East Community: El Shaddai Christian Church
- West Community: Morning Star Missionary Baptist Church
- Inversion: Front Porch Ministry/Salvation Army
- To work with a number of smaller Local Ministry Partners who have solid leadership and a Christ-centered vision, who are committed to building and equipping people, and who have the capacity and desire to connect smaller groups and individuals from our church to help them accomplish their mission (e.g. Against the Grain, Front Porch Ministry, etc.).
- To support a select group of Compassion Ministry Partners who serve the needs of the community with specialized services that depend on financial resources over direct individual involvement (e.g. Mercy Children’s Clinic, Hope Clinic for Women, Graceworks Ministries, etc.).

How To Get Involved
|
|
|
Pray...for our local ministry partners.
Give...to our Local Outreach fund, or to a specific ministry partner.
Serve...in the spirit of Christ Himself, who demonstrated that the most influential life is one of sacrificial service. In the words of Mark's gospel, Jesus came "...not to be served but to serve, and to give His life as a ransom for many." Likewise, we believe that we will influence the world for Christ when, resting in and motivated by His great love for us, we extend that love through our own hands and feet in acts of service to others.
