Jeff Helton, Congregational Care Pastor
Jeff has been on staff since 1999 and has served on the Elder Team since 2001. Prior to coming to Fellowship, Jeff served as a pastor in the western suburbs of Chicago for 12 years. He and his wife, Lora, were married in 1987 and have four children. Together they co-authored Authentic Marriages and its companion workbook. Jeff is a graduate of Wheaton College in Illinois, where he earned Masters Degrees in New Testament Theology and Communications.

Stephen James, Congregational Care Pastor
Stephen's personal vision is to help others live fully, love deeply, and lead well. Before joining the staff of Fellowship in 2005, Stephen was as a private-practice counselor working most frequently in the areas of sexual abuse, sexual addiction, and marriage counseling. Stephen and his wife, Heather, are parents to four young children. He is the co-author of TQuest for Men with Scotty Smith and Becoming a Dad with David Thomas. Stephen earned his Masters Degree in Counseling from Mars Hill Graduate School at Western Seminary in Seattle, WA.

Sarah Caldwell, Congregational Care Coordinator
Sarah has been a part of Fellowship's body since October 2000. She received her B.S. in Family and Children Ministries from Toccoa Falls College in Georgia. Prior to joining the staff of Fellowship in 2005, Sarah served on staff as the Director of Development at a crisis pregnancy center in Dayton, OH and was the Director of Intake at Mercy Ministries of America here in Nashville.
