Our Team

Anna Clagett
Women’s Ministry Director
277-9502 or
Anna is a Colorado girl who loves to snow ski and sit in front of the fire with a good book. She is the wife of East Community Pastor, Tom Clagett, and the proud mother of five great kids who range in age from 13 to 20 years old. In her spare time, she loves to sew, stamp, exercise and cook. Anna and Tom served in ministry with FamilyLife, in Little Rock, AR for 16 years prior to moving to Brentwood. It was during those years that they both developed a deep love for strong marriages and families, and for the church.
Anna is passionate about helping women grow in their relationship with the Lord and with others and can’t imagine a better job than hers as wife, mom, and Director of Fellowship Women. She especially loves to teach and equip wives and moms through application of God’s Word.
Kathie Littleton
Women's Ministry Assistant Director
277-9540 or
Kathie was born and raised in Lodi, California in a farming family. Her greatest joy is her family—her husband, Machan (pronounced Mi-shann) and her two children, Kenneth and Lauren. She and Machan have made their home in California, Connecticut, New Hampshire, before finally moving to Brentwood in 2001. Both say that this last move has brought them the most growth in their walk with the Lord personally, in their marriage, and in parenting.
Two years ago, Kathie began pursuing a Master's of Divinity in Bible and Theology at Southern Baptist Theological Seminary. It is her passion to serve the Lord and His people with the truth of His Word in the various ministries. She concentrates most of her time in discipleship, Bible study, prayer, and outreach. Her desire is for women to know the Lord more deeply, and to see their stories as God’s story.

Her heart is to see women come to know God’s Word, apply it to their lives, and pass on His truth to others.
