Peru
Inversion's first and longest running global partnership was established with the Christian Missionary Alliance church in Peru in 2005. Every year, this trip offers a great chance to come along side the local church in Peru to encourage and support the work they are doing in their country. Our annual trip typically includes work in local schools, local outreach and evangelism, outreach to the poor and many other ministry opportunites.
2012 Trip:
This year's trip will be June 1st - 10th, 2012. We will travel to Iquitos, Peru. Iquitos is the largest city in the Peruvian rainforest, located on the Amazon River. We will work closely with the local church in Iquitos to assist in their continued efforts to spread the gospel in their country. Possible ministry projects include evangelistic outreach in the city and with Yagua and Bora tribes, children's ministry, sports ministry and young adult ministry. Approximate Cost is $2,000.
